Arrivals at Terminal A

After you land, reserve a pickup from Bradley Airport to Hartford and the towns around it

Before you fly home, reserve a pickup from Bradley Airport to Hartford, CT, or to an address in any of the other 35 towns on the roll, and a driver from the car company typically meets you inside the terminal once you land. Rides from the airport have to be arranged ahead, so the request goes in before you leave. Below: where to find the driver, what to do with your bags in hand, a landing late at night, and a flight that runs behind.

One Connecticut car company with its own livery permit quotes, drives and is paid for each ride; it pays the office in Hartford a set amount for every ride it accepts, and riders pay the office nothing.

Airport details as of October 2026. After 7:30 p.m. on the day of a ride, use the number on the car company's written confirmation.

Finding your driver inside Terminal A

As of October 2026, Bradley has one passenger terminal, Terminal A, with departures on the upper road and arrivals and baggage below. A third concourse opened early in 2026. Two exit corridors lead out of the concourses, one east and one west, and each concourse uses one of them. As a rule, you and the driver meet at terminal A, inside, in the meet-and-greet area of the corridor your concourse uses.

The car company names the exact meeting spot in its written confirmation. Open it before you board, while there is still time to ask a question, and look for three things before the flight leaves the gate:

  • the exact meeting spot inside Terminal A, in the car company's own words
  • the phone number to text or call once your bags are in hand
  • the company's written terms for waiting, changes and cancellations

Bags in hand, then a text

Put your flight number and the scheduled landing time in the request, then leave the rest until the belt gives up your last bag. That is the moment to text or call the number on the car company's confirmation, so the driver knows you are ready to walk out. Cars may not wait at the curb, so plan on leaving the building together with the driver.

If the driver parks and comes inside the terminal to meet you, the written fare can show that parking as a line of its own, and an extra stop on the way home works the same way. A bag count in the request lets the car company say in writing whether your bags call for the SUV.

When your landing comes after 7:30 p.m.

The office answers its phone every day from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern. After 7:30 p.m. on the day of the ride the office phone is closed, and the number to use is the one printed on the car company's written confirmation. Keep that number in your phone before you leave, next to the meeting spot.

Plenty of flights come in late. On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, a public flight board listed 21 passenger flights scheduled to land between 10 p.m. and 12:59 a.m., the last of them around 12:50 a.m. Treat that as one dated reading of a public board, a picture of a single Tuesday night. A landing after midnight falls on the next date, so give that date and the scheduled landing time in the request.

Flight delayed? Check the waiting terms

How long the driver waits when a flight is delayed is set by the car company's written terms, which come with its confirmation. Waiting beyond what the company allows shows up as its own line in the written fare, so read that part before you board rather than at the belt.

If you learn of a delay before takeoff, text or call the number on the confirmation and give the new landing time. Between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. the office also takes the message at +1 (860) 293-7514 and passes it on with its next reply, but anything within a day of the ride belongs with the car company directly as well.

Send the ride request

Set the direction to “from the airport”, then give the date, the flight time and the flight number as your boarding pass shows them. With the ride out still ahead, you can book a Hartford to Bradley Airport ride from the town figures.

A request that arrives at least 15 minutes before a run is answered in that run; one sent after 6:45 p.m. is answered at 7 a.m. the next morning. The form takes rides from the next day on, or from the day after next once it is past 6:45 p.m.; for anything sooner, call +1 (860) 293-7514 during phone hours.

Need a vehicle with a ramp or lift? Tell the car company when it writes or calls about your fare; it answers in writing whether one is available for that date.

Free quote, no obligation. Sending asks for one car company's written fare; nothing is reserved until that company confirms in writing after your yes.
